Don’t miss this film!

I saw it last Thursday, followed by a panel discussion on abuse and resources available for our youth and adults.

Precious is about a 15-year old illiterate girl who is a victim of incest, physical and mental abuse. We watch as she triumphs through her problems by discovering herself and love outside of her home. This movie is heavy. It’s real. It happens to people we know, pass by, and maybe even are close to. Who’s precious to you?
